Yeah it is alot of fun. I was just down in Chesapeake VA in december for the battle of great bridge. I went as a loyalist civilian. I would have been shooting if my musket had wanted to shoot. I need to smooth out the rizzen some to get a good spark again. Even had a good backround story lined up as to why a british mitlitia man had a french musket.

I will let you know Tim. That was a last minute thing for me. I enjoyed it. I have a friend that lives a few blocks from where teh event takes place so I crashed at his house. ( Ironically he is a reenactor as well)

Yes we do. My group is a big supporter of Yorktown. We are planning something for maybe the first or second weekend there. Nothing definite yet.

Hey BoBbIe, Excited about the bumper yet!
Yorktown is 30 minutes from me. My mom lives 2 minutes from the battlefields. I went to school at York High School. Small world huh!

Thats cool Bobbie and Tim. Tim for me the middle school I went to is named after a general from the war of 1812. The one high school I went to has an anchor from a naval hero of the war of 1812. I can walk to part of the battle field from a battle that took place during the war of 1812 in about a minute.
