chilly here, but no snow.
Looking Good Tim!!! if you put the side grill in the fender, will it stiffen things up? Is that the 04 core support, or an 08 one?

The Side grills might actually help. The problem is on the 04 there are 3 attachment points in the rear, but with the 08 the only one that works is the bottom one at the pinch weld since the tabs are not in the right place. I Tigged in a fabricated tab for the top to keep it from drooping, now I need one in the middle to keep it from bowing. I think Ill put in the side grills first to see what happens. Good point.

Just food for thought, the 87-97 trucks had a sheet metal tab with a capture nut off the front side of the door jamb, I can post a picture if you want.

Thanks Gerry, I like the recon projectors, can't wait to see what they do with an HID upgrade!
Yeah, I was getting tired anyhow. Lots of grinding and cutting and fabbing today. I am going to sit back with a glass of wine and watch the race. Probably take the MRS. out to dinner tonight as well, we may have a babysitter!
So, what to drive?
Too wet for V6 chilly
I don't know how to drive the van
Guess its the Deuce, CUCV or the Ram (wife thinks the ram is stinky)

Do you want the Benelli M4, the Spas12, the Saiga or the tried and true 590?!
I have NEVER once driven the van. I probably couldn't even figure out how to turn on the lights! I guess there is a first for everything!
Thanks for the package! Much, much appreciated!
