Slowly but surely. The inner fender support on the 04 is about 1" lower than the fender line of the 08 fenders so I am going to have to fab a bracket to mount it higher. If you mount it down to the original mounting hole it bows it out in the center and you cannot get the lines to match up. Well, back to work!

Hey Guys. Played with Ex all day. Now it is starting to rain so I am done for the day. Here is the progress so far, still have a ton to do.
Finally starting to get the body panels lined up. Hood needs to come forward about 3/4 of an inch so I am going to have to slot the mounting holes.
Fenders coming along well. Got the passenger side one just about right. Ill mess with the drivers side on the next go around. I need to build 1 more internal bracket to help keep the curve right. Also need to build raiser brackets for the top of the fender. Right now I have it shimmed with a bunch of washers for mock up.
You have to do some cutting to get the headlights on. Time to break out the plasma cutter. Just be aware of what is behind, of course you could use a cutoff wheel or sawzall or whatever. Still in mock up so I haven't gone in to clean up all the cuts yet.
The headlights are Recon Projectors. Need to be wired to match the 04 wiring harness. I need to build two brackets still. One for inner top and one for inner bottom to keep them from bowing out.
Here is the 2010 Road Armor Bumper. Still need to mount the modified brackets and cut and relocate the front frame horns. That will be one of the last things I will do.
Here is a basic idea of what it will look like.

We have had some off and on flurries all day and the temps are in the mid 20's. At least the winds have quieted down from what they had been the last couple of days.
