What all do I need to put the 6637 bhaf into a 1999 f250 powerstroke

You will need a late 99+ intake or select the E99 here

Riffraff Diesel: RDP 6637 Filter Kit

If you are talking about the AFE BHAF Clay might be able to put a kit together, you will still need a late 99+ intake.
