What do you want for your nv4500 is it for a cummins seen you have a cummins swap in your truck with a Dana 80 rear what's the rear out of how'd it fit? Can you give me a rundown on how you did the swap and what needed done for it to fit maybe some pics? This is the same parts I want 12v cummins to nv4500 divorced t case either a NP205 or the 241 and a Dana 80 from a dodge or ford Dana. Does the 241's have 2hi 4lo 4hi n gears

For starters I don't know anything about the 241 t cases.
I was half joking about the trans unless you are somewhat close to Rockford Illinois, then I'd consider it a little more seriously. I have an np 205 sitting on my garage floor that I intend on using in my truck. For now it is setup as a 2wd truck.
As far as the swap. I bought a complete 1996 dodge and used the drivetrain from that.
I made my own motor mounts, relocated and slightly modified the existing c6 trans crossmember. For the cooling I'm running the stock dodge fan behind a tru-kool aluminum radiator. I mounted a 1st gen intercooler behind the grill shell.
The dana 80 came from my donor truck and was not difficult to swap. It sticks out about an inch wider than the front. I was a little put off by that until a friend pointed out that every chevy 4x4 since 1988 has a 3 inch wider front compared to the rear.
The easy part is getting the motor and trans in. From there all the extras add up, one of the worst was getting the hydraulics for the clutch in place. I had to reinforce the firewall to support the force created when pushing the clutch pedal in.
Also my truck had been sitting for 7 years when I started working on it so I started with an all new fuel system and rewired the truck. In hind sight I should have spent the extra $200 on a complete kit instead of a universal kit.
So there are a few thoughts on doing the conversion if you have more questions just ask.

I can't remember off hand how the wiring went. I do have it set up so you just turn the key like any other truck and it starts right up. On the 96 engine I used one wire is the pull wire the other is the hold wire and the third is ground on the fuel shutoff solenoid. I'd have to look that up again.
I did have to trim the crossmember under the engine. I cut about 2-3 inches out of it and capped off the top. I did also have to move shock mounts and leaf spring pads.
I had a thread in the engine swap section hear that I did a terrible job of updating. I did a slightly better job updating the cummins forum thread.
