Ok i got the 36mm bushings, and clamps wont fit over it. Whats the deal?

I got mine from the auto parts store. Maybe those are for a 2wd or the rear. Check again. Ebay?

I looked it up and it is for a 4wd and yours is 2wd, you need to fix your file. O'reillys has those for $11.50.......Moog polyurethane.

The 4wd Excursion uses a 35.8MM front sway bar. When searching several sites with the part number it is listed as fitting a 4x4 Ford Excursion. Did they come in a marked box? perhaps they shipped the wrong one?

Crap. What size is 2wd front sway bar?
I hope I didn't screw up again. Had oreillys order me the moog k80202. Hope that one works.

Crazy thing is it fits around bar perfectly. Just too big for clamp to fit over.
