Question 1995 F250 Headrest Question

Dumb question: We have a 1995 F250 with bench seats and adjustable headrests. The manual says that they are adjustable (duh!) but doesn't say how to lower them. Each headrest has two metal supports with knotches cut into them. There are no noticable adjustment levers where the supports enter the seat back. Help! Thanks in advance.

One size does not fit all...

Those headrests can be adjusted by simply pulling up on them to raise and pushing down to lower. The indentations you noted engage spring wires/rods to hold the position selected.
