Yes, at least in the unibody.
I have a small window 62 that measures approx 14x50 at the bottom. The large version is obviously wider and goes right out to the cab corners

Thanks for the info. Does anybody have any idea about the production # differences or why ford even offered it two different ways? Seems like odd optional equipment...

The big window option came on the unibodies with the custom cab trim package. They are rarer than the small window because most of the unibodies were purchased with work in mind instead of options or fancy trim.
