Oil leak from bell houseing?

I haven't checked/cleaned the EBPV, it's on my to-do-list. How do you... or can you check the pedestal? I did have my HPOP replaced about 6 months ago. Oil in the valley can come from all three things you listed?

Tough to see the EBPV (Exhaust Back Pressure Valve) actuator, on the lower side of the turbo pedestal there is a rod that comes out of it to actuate the EBPV, they are known to leak there, as well as the Orings on the pedestal themselves on occasion.
Best bet would be to thoroughly clean the valley and see if you can tell where the oil is coming from. Lots of places for it to leak really.
Cleaning the EBPS(Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor) is what I think you were referring to, it is a sensor located on the front of the motor, that is fed exhaust pressure with a tube from the passenger's side manifold.
Here is a picture of a pedestal for reference, where the arrow is pointing is the EBPV actuator.
