Wow! I'm impressed. That is one heck of a project. Plus it looks like you had a ton of metal patchwork on the body itself before everything else. If you said it and I missed it, I apologize. But how long has it taken you to get it to that point so far?

I didn't see twin rudders so I though Cessna T50, aka Sky King's Songbird.

AX: If you enlarge the picture, you can see the tip of the left rear stab/rudder over the left wing. I had many friends in the 60's and 70's who who spent early years, gaining flying hours, to go to the airlines, flying freight in Beech 18s. There were several versions including those with turbo-prop engines and a few with nose gears. Several were killed scud running at low level altitudes, no radar, lousy de-icing equipment.
I remember the Songbird. Hey,we were supposed to be able to remember those things, so when old age arrived we could sit around remembering. CRS- Can't Remember S--T, brain Far-s some days. chuck

That is some nice work you are doing. I had thought about putting bags on my 56 but then decided not to. See what you are doing puts those thoughts back in my head. Now I got to get those thoughts back out of my head.

Nice project, 6 weeks too! Intresting way you did the rear suspension, never seen it done quite that way. Really cool truck.
