The ZF 5 speed will bolt up to your truck. If I were you, I would just buy a new flywheel instead of reusing the one off of the donor truck, just my preference though. I would assume that the computer in your truck will throw a Check Engine Light at you because it will wonder where the E4OD has gone. Swapping the computer would fix that however. The pedal assembly should swap over.

The transmission, flywheel, clutch, and crossmember will all fit, but the pedal assembly is completely different. You'll need to find a pedal assembly out of a 92-96 truck. The E4OD computer will still run the engine just fine without the E4OD in place, but it's going to throw a fit about the transmission not being hooked up. You're much better off using a computer from a manual transmission or C6 truck. You'll more than likely need to get one for a '92-'96 truck as I would imagine that there are differences in the pinout on the 60 pin connector. The computer from the older truck wouldn't be plug and play.

You also need a starter for a flywheel instead of a flexplate.

Aren't all the starters the same? Auto vs. standard? I know they are on the diesels...
