But did we ever determine if it was a car or a truck????
That is some pretty good mis-spellings. One of my favorites of all time was an ad I saw on ebay. It was from some guy selling a car from one of our deeper southern states (no offense, friends!). He wrote the engine had good "oal preassure". To this day I still laugh about that one.

I worked for Auto Part and Service on North Ave. in Milwaukee in the early '80s. There maskot was called "Otto Parts". Whenever they answered their phones the always answer "Otto Parts". BTW, the owner was a real slave driver, couldn't communicate with you without screaming at you. Avearage number of days a person worked there was less than a week. I was there a year and half and in that time I must have seen at least 25 people lasted a day, at most.

I have an S-10 (yeah, I know...) and check in on a forum for them. As you might guess, the crowd there is MUCH younger. Check out this recent post by a very clever guy, who did an engine transplant. The sad part? I understand it!
"well the trans is cocked to the pass side so that 2 bolts on the housing line up then i drilled to holes in the top, sleeved the holes and filled in the halo space on the flange with alum rod. also i had to cut off were the started dome was and close that up then clearens a space for the starter on the eco. and now im trying to come up with some support for the bottom of the bell housing cuz i dont feel that 4 bolts is enuf.
