hello im new to this so be patient with me i got a 2003 f350 lariat with parking assist sensors. when i put the shifter in reverse the light on the button to turn the sensors off says that they are off even tho they are supposed to be on automatically. well anyway ill press the button thinking it will turn them on and the light with flash off and then turn right back on immediatly. but when i put the shifter into park or drive the light with turn off as it is supposed to be. i asked a tech at the dealer i bought it from and he says its the reverse module. but i feel that that isnt it because i also have a back up camera and when i put my shifter in reverse it works just fine.?.? also i read other threads and they were talking about the pam well i located the pam and felt to see if the harness was plugged in and it was. i also unplugged each sensor and checked the connection and they all seemed perfectly fine. so can ya guys help me out?? any help or ideas are very appretiated thanks.

to check the sensors turn key on ,park brake ,put in reverse,go listen to each sensor they should hum ,listen good,if not its no good and the system will turn off
