is it that simple? won't the injectors fire at the wrong time? 4 of the cylinders are off by 180 degrees from the old to the new so won't the injectors be spraying on the exhast stroke instead of intake?

The 93 injectors are batch fired , they fire 4 injectors at the same time , then fire the other 4 , if you want to go to sefi where they fire each cylinder at the same time as the firing order , then you need the computer , wiring harness from the 95 , and the mass air meter to switch from speed density to a mass air system

ok so do i need to use the 93 wiring harness or will the 95 harness work? and i need to use the 95 firing order. from other stuff i've read the 95 appears to an SD not MAF, also the 95 had a manual trans the 93 has an E4OD if that makes a difference. i have to use the 93 computer because of the auto trans.

I was thinking the 95 was MAF , you need to keep the 93 computer and harness for the auto trans , there both SD , the only difference is the 95 has a roller cam with the HO firing order , same as the 351 order , so just change the wires on the cap ....

so use the 95 HO firing order right? I kept the 95 harness on the motor as the connectors were all the same, will this work or do I need to use the 93 harness?

No that will not work, you need to remove the upper intakes and put the '93 harness on the '95 motor.

Make sure you have the plug wires properly routed/separated from each other. Cross-fire is very common. Here is some great info from Steve83: Spark Plug Wire Routing | SuperMotors.net
