It looks cool, but I can't imagine that it works very well. It looks like it was made by someone who had made a set of exhaust headers, finished a case of beer, then said, "I could make an intake manifold too."
The entry angle for cylinders 2 & 5 is not very good from a flow standpoint, and cylinders 3 & 4 are even worse. And as Harte3 said, without heat, this would not work well on the street. You would have puddles of fuel in the low areas, especially cylinders 3 & 4 - those look more like drain traps than intake runners.
