Upgrade Stock Radio

I have been searching this forum and there is just to much info on here to keep things strait. I just bought a 2008 6.4 F350 DRW with the stock Cd radio. I would like to upgrade it to the Nav type radio you see in the newer trucks. I would like to have Nav, DVD, Sat Radio and backup camera and would love to have SYNC. I know I can buy a aftermarket HU but want it to look factory. I have looked on eBay there are alot of units out there. Hopefully someone on here can help me understand what equipment is need to make as much of this work. I can install it no problem just not sure what to get. Any information will help just don't have the patience's to sit and search for everything. Thanks to all that help.

Let me know if you come up with a good unit. I have a 2011 f250 and would also like to replace stock speakers and radio. I also want to get navigation.

Read this thread from an other forum and see if you can get ahold of the person mentioned in the thread, he should be able to help you. Added navigation thanks to a fellow member - Diesel Forum - TheDieselStop.com

I ordered a kenwood modelDX7190HD and am told that such a unit performs all of the functions of the stock radio but does them all much better. I too initially thought of simply upgrading to the stock navigation. However, this makes no sense since not only does this unit cost more than the aftermaket I just mentuoned (I paid roughly $1100.00), but sound quality is no better than the unit without the navigation.
