Thumbs down Anybody buy from Parts Train.com ?

Just a heads up- Ordered a set of floor mats from Parts Train.com the other day- Price was right & they were said to be in stock. Got confirmation & order # - The next day I get a phone call- They tell me they are not in stock & will have to get them from another vendor & they are going to be 30 dollars more than price stated on their website. Anywho after about 2 hours on the phone & 4 different sales "***-ociates"(no manager on duty) I told them to shove it & refund my money. Anybody dealt with these folks ? After this I started looking at numerous complaints about them online. Beware -as these folks don't seem to know how to run a business at all. Sorry about the rant but this really frosted my barnacles. Maybe this will save somebody else some grief on down the road !!!

Thanks for the heads-up! I looked at the site and they don't have the tells that scammers have - it just looks like you've encountered a rookiefest.
