Brian, have PM'd you. I'll be there on Sat at 8am.

Clay's a legend bringing the JW Valve body.

The before-and-after tests should prove interesting!

It's going to be great doing the front hubs too. I know our FTE bros stateside recommend doing this every year. I've had my truck 2 years and have not done it. I suspect that it probably has never been done in the truck's 7 year life !

Even at $499 a side it makes some grease and a $30 seal kit and a little bit of effort a pretty sound investment, not to mention the advantage of actually having 4WD when you NEED it.

Well i had a wheel bearing go at 90000(before i found out that i could service them),so in trying too save some money and not get ripped off by ford,i bought a aftermarket chinese peice of **** wheel bearing that collapsed in 10000 k's,then the guy replaced it with another that went in about the same amount of K's,so now ive told him too shove his peice of **** chinese crap wheel bearings up his ****, he's sent me two factory wheel bearings at cost, so when i get them installed i too will be putting in the EFFORT servicing them myself,NOW that i know i can..

Ive put enough EFFORT into wheel bearings lately too out do anybody..

Which route do you reckon is better to take:
1) Hume then on Sth Western Motorway, then exit at Davies Road, Menai Rd, River Rd;
2) Hume then Heathcote Rd, New Illawarra Road, Bangor Bypass, River Road;
3) Come in via Appin and Princess Highway?

Given that I'd be traveling pretty early I reckon 1 could be the simplest, but 2 could avoid urban hold ups.

Yer, uhmmmm, work smarter, not harder!

And BTW, if I de-tour by the airport there'll just be two of us lost finding your place! Maybe then Bryan could come and rescue us?

I've got a Nav screen but the User Interface is so crap I only use it to show me where I am and what speed I'm really doing.....
If I have a fairly good idea where I'm going it helps a bit. But last time in Sydney I was pulling a boat to Ryalmere and didn't realise I'd passed it until I got to Parramatta. Try turning an F250 and 7m trailer around in a back street in Parramatta!
I think I need a Nav with a Voice Interface - going in, not coming out.

Brian, how'd you go with the airport transport thing?

If Geoff is in after 8am I could swing by your place and then go to the airport and back.

C U tomorrow! The window up module didn't arrive but it sounds like I'll be busy doing the valve body, Over Boost Code Reg, and front hubs. I have loaded up my 2nd jack and 4T stands as well as my crawler and tool boxes. I'll be rolling out from here at 5am.
