87 door panels on a 92 door?

im putting together a 1992 F250 that came to me with no door panels. the doors are crank window, manual locks. I have an 87 that i'm parting out that has an XLT interior package, but also was crank window/manual lock. Will the door panels swap on and work properly?

I'm afraid trying to find a set of XLT door panels with the crank windows and manual locks in red will be difficult in the 92-96 bodystyle ..

As far as I could tell the doors themselves are the same from '87-'97 but, the part of the door panel that meets the dash if shaped differently. might have a clearance issue with the dash.

Pretty sure they will work. The doors didn't really change during those years so I don't see any reason they wouldn't work. Wouldn't really match with the dash though.

I think PW/PL were standard on 92-96 XLT, so you would need to look for XL panels.

Slim & trim...

If both trucks are manual windows & locks the panels should be a direct swap. If they were power units then some wiring changes would be necessary.
