I do not recommend Titan tanks
I completed the installation of a 47gal Titan tank on a 2008 Ford in Nov. My primary gripe with titan was lack of customer support and marginal instructions. This company has failed in customer support in every way. I have called an emailed this company nine times since my installation and have only received one call back; yes just once! If you need customer support, expect to be ignored.
By name complaints,
1. James (installation expert). Was not available during my install, although he said he would be.
2. Matt (Tech guy), when I spoke to him, seemed to have no idea what he was talking about.
3. Shirley (customer service) My only call back was from her. She made it sound as if I was the first complaint ever. After talking to my local Ford dealer, I know that was not the truth.
4. Ken (General manager) Was told he call me back on two separate occasions. I have never heard from the guy.
5. Woody (owner) As far I can tell, he'll forward emails to customer service, otherwise not sure he truly cares.
While I was patient trying to resolve this; facts are facts and this company doesn't care.
My previous post with installation instruction recommendations.

The general consensus from what I have read is "good product, lousy company". It seems that once folks get their tanks installed properly they are quite happy with them, and those who are more technical and shop equipped will have the most favorable installation process due to not needing support from Titan.
It would seem that we could use a pinned/sticky thread with Titan installation tips, issues, resolutions, workarounds, etc. to make up for Titan's lack of support and apparent poor documentation. I haven't seen any real competitive product so that is probably part of the problem in not having enough pressure for Titan to improve their customer service. Yes there are other large capacity tanks available, but they are metal and add a *lot* of weight vs. the Titan and the Titan is most comparable to the factory tanks.
