Another Ohio truck meet! Sunday, June 3rd

On Sunday, June 3rd we plan on having another truck meet in Millersburg, Ohio. You may have seen our past meets 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. This one will be the same. We’ll get together and shoot the breeze about Ford trucks (and trucks in general), then we’ll drag a trailer up and down a 15%-17% grade hill and compare how the trucks did. It’s always a fun, educational, and occasionally piston melting, turbo breaking event.

Post here if you are interested in coming. As we get closer to the date I'll be posting campground and hotel information for those that may be coming before hand.

I also posted this thread in the Super Duty, Excursion, General Diesel, 6.7, 6.4, 7.3, 6.2, 3.5/2.0 EcoBoost, 6.8 and 5.4/4.6 forums.

Yeah that was a rough day for my neighbor. He had the engine rebuilt (he didn't do cheaply either) after that and it only ran a few months before the turbo disinigrated and took out a good chuck of the engine again. He ended up selling it for a good price even with it needing a new/rebuilt engine.

He's still driving a 2005-2007 3V V10 Super Duty. I know he's been thinking about getting a 6.7 but been waiting for his business to pick back up before he does.
