f150 misfires after walmart battery change

I am totally lost, the truck ran perfect before it went in, they changed the battery and now it runs like crap, can't hold an idle, and sounds like its misfiring, no check engine light, but it was wet out today, but not for very long. but I saw that in that picture, the green intake hose is collapsed, do you guys think this could be the problem? that the how do you remove that hose with the green connector?

changing the battery should not have anything to do with it...unless the battery is bad out of the box.

check to see if they knocked off a vacuum line in the process of changing the battery.

any time one gets collapsed hoses it can't be good.

the pic is not working.

Couldn't hurt to get the codes scanned to see what pops up....yes, even without a CEL lit on the dash.

Yes, could be codes stored even without the CEL on. Sounds to me like they knocked a vacuum line or something loose.

I've always had good luck with Walmart's batteries, but no way would I ever let them install one for me. I just buy it and install it myself. They pretty much just have a bunch of high school dropouts working there. When I was like 20 or 21 they built a new Walmart by me and I applied for a job working in the TLE. They said I was hired, but when they told me the pay I told them to take a hike. I was much better off delivering pizzas than working there.
