I run Mobil 1 EP 5w30 and a Fram Ultra Guard 10575. That filter will stand up to 10,000+ mile oil changes, as will the oil. The oil is especially good at withstanding the high stress/heat of the turbos. The Ultra Guard is has the strongest build structure and strongest filter media I've seen. They still look good after over 10k miles, too. The Motorcraft filters are pretty good, too, but their media doesn't look so hot on long runs, and it isn't supported by metal screen like the Fram. The pleats also get bunched up, whereas the Fram keeps a uniform distance between them, again, due to the rigid metal screen.
