Nice job on the paint. Sorry if you already said, but is it single stage or clear/base? Did you do it yourself?

Its base clear, I got it prepped myself (body work, primed and sanded) then got it painted in a spray booth and baked afterwards.

We got the cervinis roll pan in. I think its safe to say the truck is pretty much done.

Im thinking of changing out the tranny in the near future (getting kind of sloppy) and possibly bigger tires and new rims?

That truck looks amazing, those wheels and tires look tiny though.

soon... got other problems to worry about.

Woke up to a nice puddle of antifreeze under it. Did the pressure test and its leaking from the timing cover gasket. Looks like im going to replace the water pump, timing cover, and throw in a new timing set. This wouldn't bother me as much as it does now but it just HAD to happen once the truck was all together. I had the perfect opportunity to replace these when it was just an engine on a frame.

Anyway took a nice picture of my parking lot princess

So lately driving around I would hear this creaking/popping sound. It wasnt consistant with accelarating/braking /turning or even going over bumps. Taking a look underneath while having someone shake the truck I was able to create teh sound again.

The trans crossmember was flexing on the drivers side - moving up and down along the frame rail. The bolt holding it was rotted off of the metal on the crossmember.

Ordered a new one which cost a pretty penny. Also decided to swap out the trans mount while im under there.
