Wow, 50lbs is great. The tough part is reducing intake to match the amount of calories you burn... get used to eating more, and it messes with your head when you have to cut back because you are not as active on the job.

I'd like to lose about 30 or so. Still having issues with my damn foot, it doesn't like it when I run.

Good morning Idaho!

Congrats Micah, Do you want to know if it's a boy or girl, or would you rather be surprised?

We ended up finding out with both of our girls... My wife had issues with pre-term labor, so they did frequent ultrasounds. My wife wanted to know, she doesn't like surprises. I was content just knowing they would be healthy babies.

We decide we wanted to know. My wife hates suprises also, and I really wanted to know! Plus, I had a nursery to paint, so I need to know what color!

We didn't bother with paint when our girls were babies... Just went with a theme that worked with neutral wall color. Now that they are older, they picked paint colors for their rooms so we've got lots of pinks, purples, and other girly colors.

I wanted to do pink and yellow if it was a girl. Rob probably knows what theme I would have went with if it would have been a boy....LOL
