9 codes... all injector related. Truck ran/runs okay. Please HELP!!!

Just wanted to say thanks for your all help on this. I'll be sure to have the phone with me. I'll be changing the FICM tomorrow and give ed a call when I have the money for a repair.
Should I send it out to PHP for their flash? Any idea about what the repair bill will be to have ed repair it and have PHP flash it?

Hey no problem Iv had alot of help here from the FTE Members so just paying it forward
I have no Idea on the PHP programing. Some say they get better MPG with the PHP flash. But Im really not shure on that stuff.
Hope you make it home judging from what youve posted the Voltage is low when its cold and then the voltage goes Good when warmed up so I think you will be ok.
You have the clasic symtoms of BAD Soilder joints on the Board
