I remember reading where Cody stored a service man's truck for him. I told him I thought that was great. I don't have the room to store it but I have the room in my heart for you, be safe!
Thanks glenn. I hope you guys know im not looking for sympathy. I just dont know what to do. Keep my ol truck or sell it and put that money plus gi towards a new one when or if I get out. Eventually im going to need to upgrade parts or truck. Idk what one first.
If i recall i think you said you had a younger brother or something, But you should talk to your parents about leaving the truck there for your younger brother to drive if hes old enough if not put it in storage or take one of these guys up on the offer. If you take the storage route just make your brother pay for the storge fee when he can drive it. if im wrong and you dont have a brother look for a buddy of yours or a cousin or something to keep the truck. Id rather personaly see the truck used rather then sit.
But just an idea.
Id also like to thank you for your service as well, I hope you do well in the future with your plans in the marines.
Ryan not a enough thanks can be said for what your doing. And i would trust my truck to any of the guys i know here, they are just trying to pay you back in what way they can for your great sacrifice.
Hey thanks for your service! You know if you can hold on to your truck, once you get to your main duty station you'll find most bases have shops that you can work on you vehicle and they have all the tools to use.
Thanks for your service Ryan! Be careful and take care of yourself. As far as the truck, I hate to say it, but I'd sell it if I were gonna be gone that long before I'd spend 275 per month for that long. Great offers from some guys on here, and I would do the same if I had room to store it inside but I don't, but I can see how its hard to accept one of them.
Do what you need/want to do. The truck can always be replaced if it comes to that. Thanks again.
For real .. I have my own truck .(I actually have 30 vehicles to drive) . I really appreciate the sacrifice .. I waited 8 years for my son to be out .. Bring it , I'll store it inside ...Some are making light of the offer , I mean it ...You're not that far away ...
A very classy move Rick. I know you're not doing it for a reaction from anyone, but reps sent anyway.
Ryan, good luck. By any chance is a CC your truck?, if so Id like to buy it and give her a lot of TLC (spl?) if you decide to sell it.
Here in my country, no snow, no salt, OK?
Lee im sad to say i dont uave a brother just a nerdy sister. I would love to give it to you guys and let you drive it and whatever. But i was that kid who nerver was offered such a great deal as that.
