What lift kit would you buy?

What lift kit would you buy?
So since tax money is on it's way, Iam already brain storming on how to spend a large portion of it. Just put 35" tires on my F250 so now it's time for a lift. She already sits pretty level due to the snow plow package so a leveling kit is out the window.
Im thinking go big or go home, 6 inches seems like the max I could go without having to upgrade my brand new Toyo's. The brands that have caught my attention are Fabtech, Zone, Skyjacker and Rough Country.
The spending limit is hopefully right around 1500$. Feel free to shoot some suggestions my way, or even pictures.

IMO, lift kits were primarily designed for "clearance" of larger tires. A second benefit is "appearance." Your 2009 F250 has sufficient "clearance" for your 35" Toyo tires. When you install a leveling kit or lift kit, you are significantly changing the dynamics of the suspension. Excluding the additional components listed below will affect the ride quality and performance of your truck on and off-road.
You obviously have good taste... you own a Super Duty and purchased high-end Toyo tires. Those tires are going to last up to 60K miles depending on your driving style. Your Super Duty probably has less than 60K miles and may be under warranty. Your OEM suspension (excluding shocks) are probably in great shape thus providing a quality ride. IMO, if I am going to spend $1,500 and up to lift my truck, I want "BETTER than OEM" components to justify my purchase. The aftermarket does offer "BETTER than OEM" components but not at $1,500.
So, in short, you may wind up spending $$$ on a poor quality lift kit that is really not needed to clear your 35" tires and provides "LESS than OEM" ride quality and performance. If I were you, I would wait until you decide to install larger tires (37" and taller) to consider a 6" lift kit. Oh, and your MPG is going to drop significantly with a 6" lift kit.
Icon's 7" lift kit provides the following components:
System Contains:
Icon 7" Lift Kit - $2,315.25
2008-2010 FSD 7" Suspension System - Stage 1 - ICON Vehicle Dynamics
Icon Adjustable Track Bar - $336.26
64030 - 2005 - 2011 Ford Super Duty Adjustable Pan Rod Bar - ICON Vehicle Dynamics
Icon SS Brake Lines - $198.45
61200 - '08-'10 SuperDuty Braided Brakeline Kit 6"-8" Lift - ICON Vehicle Dynamics
Icon Carrier Bearing Drop Kit - $57.33
33700 - '99 - '09 Ford Super Duty Carrier Bearing Drop - ICON Vehicle Dynamics

I tend to agree with other folks here...the 6" lift is a lot for 35" tires. Unless you really like that look...
IMHO...I'd go with something like ReadyLIFT system. This still claims to accomodate 37" tires...but will give a more full look. See link provided...
ReadyLIFT 3.5" 08-10 Super Duty Lift Kit
NEW Ford F250/F350 Super Duty SST Lift Kit, 08-10 , 4WD Only, 3.5"F/1.0"-3.0"R
Hope this helps...and make sure to take pics and show her off!

Icon is the only brand I would buy for ride quality. With their 4.5" lift you could fit 37s with the right wheel offset, so I wouldn't go any higher than that. That keeps it relatively useful as a pickup still. In all honesty though, after having a 4" lift and 35s I wouldn't do anything over a leveling kit in the future. You could go with the Icon 2.5" leveling kit and later add their 1" spacer if you wanted a little more. 35s will look small under the 4.5" kit even because of the '08+ larger fender openings.

And just to the topic starter I think a 6 inch with 35's would look not filling enough to me. Like my neighbor has a dirtymax 2500 CCLB with a 8 inch on 35's and there seems to be too much empty space in my eyes

6" Radius Arm System w/ Performance Shocks - 2008-12 Ford F250 4WD
Ive always considered Fabtech to be of good quality for lift kits. Id be surprised if its quality wasn't better than OEM. The kit I chose has the cheaper shocks of course but Im not willing to shell out the extra $600+ for the Dirt Logic Shocks.
Anyone have any experience with Fabtech Kits? Pics welcomed
