Front suspension knock in 2004 f250
Hey all,
recently started hearing a knock/clanking coming from both sides of the front suspension. Atleast that’s what it sounds like. The noise stops/goes quiet when I turn the wheel even at all, and when I brake it goes away completely. Also, the truck seems to be twisting a small bit when driving slowly? The whole cab kind of moves back and forth in a twisting-motion. I’ve done a bunch of research and read through countless threads and nothing is quite what I’m experiencing. The brakes are newer and look okay, I just did the ball joints. I appreciate the help! Let me know if I can supply any more info. I attached a video of the sound below.
