I bought my fork inserts from bronco graveyard, but I just checked and they aren't listed anymore, strange! This place has them: Manual Transmissions by Unit Code: NP435: Manual Transmission Parts - Online
My reverse gear looked like that too, still works ok though.

Neither of those are the complete rebuild kits. You want a kit that includes all the synchro parts. Like one of these. I just don't about the bearing quality in this kit. I don't know who makes the bearings that are in this kit.

It's called the Low/Reverse gear?
If gas gets up to $4+/gallon...it probably will be sitting some more than driving.

There are quite a number of companies that offer rebuild kits.
Last fall I went down this road with a Borg Warner T-18.
I see Novak recommended, when I called them I had a few questions and they never called back.
One company I would avoid is Drivetrain America. I called them and asked specifically if there were any Chinese made parts. I was told some of the gaskets perhaps but none of the bearings would be. After receiving the kit sure enough the first bearing I looked at was made in China. It literally took weeks to get the refund.
Bronco Graveyard also has transmission rebuild kits. I would verify on the phone what the status of their current supplier is. Though their website may say one thing, the reality is they may be using a new supplier and the website may be incorrect.

im very sorry to hear that you had an issue with our business Drivertrain America, i am the owner , and i would like to personally apologize for any problems that you had with us , i pride myself on putting customers first and servicing them , normally all of our Timken Dt components kits do include american made bearings , like timken, koyo , ntn , skf , sometimes our suppliers may have to substitute a bearing if the standard bearings in the kits are on backorder , please accept my personal apology for any problem or inconveinence this caused , as a family owned business my goal is total customer satisfaction in every way , if there is something i can ever do to make it right please let me know and i will absolutely make it right with you , thank you for your business
