lots of good ideas here just need to be put together
mapgas torch
left hand drill bits
easy outs
small center punch and hammer
penetrating fluid
get an old shop rag and soak it good in water and wrap it around the seal
heat it up with the map-gas torch while its hot spray it with pentrating fluid dont wory its not hot enough to flash off and burn
let it cool do this a couple of times and tap gently on the outside you are trying to break the rust
get your punch make sure its sharp real sharp start on the top side tap gently in a counter clock wise motion if it moves go back and forth several times to loosen it up
if that doesn't work get your left had drill out center punch the broken stud while drilling don't just drill at one speed you need to get the bit to bite so do a drill push until all the way through then heat the outside and spray it a couple of times and try the easy out while it is hot
quote : from an old man
be patience take your time taking out a broken bolt is a art not a process
its like a fine woman it takes time
remember the theory of expansion and contraction you want to expand the yoke not the stud
this works well I do this every day when you job is working on industrial machines broken bolts are a daily occurrence

Thanks for the great ideas. Monday morning and i am back on the road so this will have to wait til Friday, But i am going to try and as suggested on the dodge forum remove the yoke and attempt to remove the bolt. if that does not work then i will go to the Pick and Pull and find another and replace the seals.
I will grab pics and post with updates.
thanks for all the suggestions
Bill
