My experience if it doesn't work the next day its no good. This is the info I'm running now, although different from Ricson's, but working flawlessly.
Firmware Version: 3.1001.55733
Calibration Version: 3.5010.2565
Application Version: 5010
If anyone else calls up there especially you Colm when they told you that there was no fix & about the voltage fluctuation theory from the charger you can tell them that they fixed another members same problems as yours & your looking for the same. Whatever files this guy swapped out really worked. PM if you need my phone number for Edge to reference to also.

For those of you who are updated now, can you now erase the log data? Mine has locked up since new if I try to erase log data. Even if I do it one parameter at a time. I have to unplug it, and when I plug it back in the old log data is still there. I have never once been able to erase the log.

Still freezing up when trying to clear records. I'll call them back tomorrow or Friday and try to get the same special update that y'all have. How exactly do I tell them what I want? Just saying that some other folks on the internet were having the same problem, and you gave them these versions?

TexasA&M it looks like my firmware version is a little different than Special Ed's and Ricson's - maybe because of model year? They asked me for my serial number and truck info when I told them about my boot up problems. You may want to also mention yur problem with clearing the records. good luck

Mine still has been shutting off after using the battery tender.
Last night I forgot all about the battery tender being plugged in and I started the truck. No problems with the Insight shutting off this time.
Before I try this again as some sort of controlled experiment, does anybody know if there is any problems with starting the truck while the battery tender is plugged in? PCM, FICM or other issues????
Edit --- Should add that I then got out with the engine still running and unplugged the tender and nothing noticeable happened.
