I built my own. It works great. Really easy. Look for glow plug harness trend.

I was in the same boat as you and just wanted a factory one without having to bother with making one. IH sells the harness for about 100 bucks. BUT, if you have a turbo truck with the GP relay on the valve cover, THIS KIT WONT WORK AS IS. I still had to take the brand new harness apart and lengthen or shorten wires to make it work. If you have a N/A truck, it should work, but realize you still have to mess around with the harness because its just a generic kit thats designed to fit dozens of applications, so nothings gonna be perfect fit.

It looks like Uhaul might still have some in their parts collection.
http://epc.uhaul.com/LinkOne/Viewer/

Look under Ford truck parts, 89-90 F350, Electrical, Glow Plug Harness.
Its the first item on that page, and lists for $180. I don't know if that means they have it in stock or not, but I was able to add it to my cart.

For that price, you're better off to roll your own, search the junkyards, or see if someone here is parting out an engine, or has a spare.

Shouldnt have to, its a 90 harness which IIRC is the same as yours....minus the fact that my solenoid is where the turbo should be...
