I'm trying to black my whole truck out inside and out. Its a work in progress but so far Ive wrapped my cup tray bezel in 3m myself......it is about a C- and was my first time but it peels off easily and I will re-do it since its chrome dipped its hard to paint, ive also ordered XL vents and easily installed them and wrapped the ford emblem (nothing against ford im just trying for a blackout theme, my truck is aptly named "Projekt Murder"). I plan on sending my wood trim to Airbrush Mafia out of Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, to get smoke and skulls done. They have some stuff in a diesel power mag i had it looked awesome.
Anyways.....my question is does anybody have an XL model? I'm looking for a part number for the grey panels I want to turn black around the vents on either end of the dash as well as all four arm rests in the doors of my crew cab.......the main face around the cup holder I may have to send away to AirBrush Mafia as well since the XL model doesnt offer a flow through console. When I had that piece out it looks like its just silver/grey spray paint anyways so that shouldnt be an issue.
And ya.....I am on FTE in my truck while at work

Mine are silver as well. No wood on the doors but Lariate Ultmate package. I've checked out a few sites that say the make wood dash kits but how do I know it's real wood? I think the gloss finish wood dash is beautiful. Wood covered steering wheels as well.

...There were some runs in the clearcoat on mine that they tried to cut out, sand down and re-clear but it turned out not to my liking so we are going to try it all over again with a new panel. That being said, I may have a slightly blemished one available after I get the replacement one done in a few weeks if anyone is interested...
Finally got the new one back. He had a hell of a time and had to re-do it several times due to film failures. He said the next one of these dash pieces he does will start around $300 from now on.
There were 8 tiny imperfections in the film or clearcoat on the old one. I tried to point them out in this photo.
They are all near invisible when the panel is installed in the truck. They just bothered me as I was a quality auditor at the phone company for my career and I am very picky. I can live with this new one.
The worst one was on the far left. Here is a close-up of it:
Someone good with touch up paint might be able to make them look better but like I said...you probably won't even notice it when installed.
Figured I'd let you guys here have first shot at it before I sell it on e-Bay.
PM me if you are interested in purchasing.
