Looks like the Banks DP is on Summit Racing again. Just search "52103".

I see it is only a 2.5" DP though, of course to fit the factory turbo outlet. I am going to make my own 3" DP and do the 3" exhaust outlet mod.

Been waiting about 1.5 years to get my turbo in, can't wait!

depends on the condition of your body mounts. a little massaging might be needed.

there is no real gains with the 4 inch exhaust over the 3 inch in my opinion. the 4 inch will make it sound a little better, but since the output of the turbo is only 3 inch or so, going larger will not make any large improvement.
and ATS is the manufacturer of your turbo if it is the stock unit.

Look on E-bay, I believe it is Black Diamond who makes a 4" turbo back exhaust kit which you can take to a muffler shop to have installed. Most shops can't bend 4". Check your state smog laws to see if you need a muffler. The kit can be ordered with or without it. Here in Colorado, you can straight pipe it.

Here in NC this yr truck don't get emissions so they don't check to close especially if you know a guy. Thx I ordered the banks dp from summit. and the ebay turbo back 3in no muffler ss kit. What would be the right way to add cold air in? I am assuming all that is needed on the intake end is something of this sort

This is a popular method.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...induction.html

I have some ram air ideas kicking around in my head, but they will need to wait. Since it looks like you are pulling all stops, you might want to look at intercooling as well.

Good luck,

Mac.

Thanks for all the tremendance help so far. So far I have ordered the banks dp and the full ss 4in exaust. also the s&b filter and housing. so I hope I am good on air flow in and out. I live in nc and we do get some snow. I am afraid to do the cowl mod. I hope the s&b does the job as good. so my next is a good programmer and gauges. my main goal is mpg. anything else is bonus. I will within next two years upgrade to a 4 to 6 person toy hauler. that is my goal and my pulling load. where am I going? everywhere hills mountains beaches and especially Denver co. to get some legal well lets say to buy some cigs . so what is your recommendations?

You don't need a programmer, as there is nothing to program...
