What OEM Radio/CD players will fit an '04 F250?
Thanks in advance. Yes, I did a search, but couldn't see a comprehensive answer.
My work truck is the base model with only a radio. What years and models Ford OEM radio/CD players will fit in the OEM dash space of a radio-equipped '04 F250?

Smoke, was it a touch screen. Sammy, I'm thinking on finding me an aftermarket one. The only reason I would really want one is t play movies and maybe for a backup cam for hooking the camper up myself. I get tired of having to austin powers to get it hooked up and in and out of the truck. I thought about getting the rear camera view that's in the rearview mirror though. But that would solve my movie playing fetish. But an aftermarket one would.

Yeah...the issue with the '99-'04 radios...is that they are NOT a DD size. They are Odd sized.
So...if going after market you can get a DD...but the dash needs some trimming done.
I'm really happy with my 6 disc cd changer version...but wish it had a mp3 or ipod usb connect port. Plus integrated SIRIUS/XM radio.
Well...that is another reason I am ordering a new 2012 SD...with all the goodies!

I would be interested in that stock head unit, if it has no issues. My brother has an issue with his and can't afford an aftermarket one.

I have an OEM 6disc changer with mp3 from a 2006 Escape in mine.
I put up some info on different stereo types, what to look for, etc here:

Good luck!

Go to http://crutchfield.com Put your vehicle information in there and they will show you what you are looking for that will fit.
I've been shopping with them for over 20 years and they are great!
In fact I just ordered from them a new head unit and speakers for my 1999 SD. Well, it was my Christmas gift. I've already installed everything (it was very easy because they provide you with all the instructions and wiring connectors - no splicing).
Good luck!
