I have a 2003 Expedition and none of the power door locks are working, I have checked the relay and switches and they are working, traced most of the wiring and it seems to be fine as well, the last thought that comes to mind is the VSM but before I get a new one just wanted to check on here to see if anyone has any other idea of what my problem could be?

 

Fuse 5 and 30 are both good?

 

I have checked both fuses and the relay as well, I even replaced the fuses and relay just to be sure.
