I would love to take the bucket seat out, and put some bucket seats in. But I come from a import back ground, and none of the seats I like could effectively go and be able to see over the dash.

Hey how'd it ever work out for you on the exhaust?

I see it kinda hanging down there in a couple of your pictures. You done with it or still got some to do on that?

Those headers dumped right in front of the transmission cross-member didn't they?

All I did for the exhaust was bolt on the mufflers to the stepdown, I am waiting for the drive shaft to come in so I can drive it into town to a muffler shop to have them weld something up for me, and yea they did dump pretty much right in front of the cross member, which was convenient haha.

Well guys where did the time go? I have been so busy with life and the truck and everything that I had completly forgot about this thread. But anyways here is a update if anyone cares.
-Had a driveshaft made by drivelines northwest, fit great
- Have had several issues with the oil filter relocation kit, the hose's kept getting cut from the inside of the crossmember, but got that taken care of now
- I have been driving the truck a couple days a week since June, and I absolutely LOVE IT
- Swapped out my tail lights out with 87 ones from a buddy, I think they look much better.
- And on a personal note, I moved to the U.P. of Michigan so money is kinda tight on doing anything to the truck, but now is the time to plan what I want to do.

The headers I used for the swap was some Hooker Headers that I got from Jegs for like $200. They were the cheapest headers I could find, the only complaint I had with them is the black paint is allready burning off. But you get what you pay for, I just wanted some headers before I put the motor back in. Another suggestion for you is to buy 2 extra wrenches for the header bolts that you can bend to fit. The clearance behind the primary tubes are a pain in the ***. Thats what I did, it helped quite a bit. If you have any questions on the swap just ask.

The flex-head ratcheting/open-ended wrenches ROCK for headers!

I got mine at Sears.

Well for anyone that would like some truck ****, here are some pictures that I have on my cell that I finally put on the computer. Nothing major just some random pictures over the last couple months.
Here Is how the Motor currently sits

The difference in the tail lights I swapped, the 84 lights on the left, 87 on the right.

Here is one and the other one on, just to see the difference.

Looks real good! But, living in Michigan, you are gonna hate that air cleaner in the Winter.

Im not driving this in the Winter, I really like the fact that I have very minimum rust, and I am not about to make it worse. Where I was in Washington, they didn't use salt for the 2 inches of snow we got. My tabs actually expired yesterday so I figured it will be an early start to the winter antics. Plus I actually got a K&N filter, and some other goodies.

Pioneer 6x9" in a box meant for single cab pickups, pioneer head unit, pioneer amp for the speakers, infinity cross overs, a no name amp for the subs I still need to get, lots and lots of wiring, Pioneer 5 1/4" speakers are already in the front doors.

Stock cassette player next to the new head unit.

Hey, does that stock radio still work? I'm looking for a stock radio because my radio stopped working and I don't want to cut my dash (can't find a radio anymore with shafts). PM me if it works and you want to sell it.

No the meet was in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island. Just a small typical get together on a Friday night, there was maybe 25 cars there from a R32 skyline, to some 240's, Hondas, and what not.
