I have just received the gearbox z dpf-r plus for my ford f250 2009. I have installed a 4in turbo back Flo pro exhaust with a egr delete kit. I have a check engine light on with codes popping up like P0405 exhaust gas recirculation p sensor a circuit low
P1335 exhaust gas recirculation position sensor minimum/maximum stop performance
P0488 exhaust gas recirculation throttle control circuit A range/performance
P041d. Exhaust gas recirculation temperature sensor B circuit high. And I'm not sure how to solve the check engine light. Can anybody help?

Did you plug the exhaust sensors in after the pipe install? Did any of them get damaged during the removal from the stock parts? Did you install the elbow when you deleted the EGR? If so, did you install the resistors in the EGR plugs of the harness?

I ran the dpfr for two years with a pipe with no bungs. I had no issues.

DPF-R 4.1 from GearBox Z

Ordered and installed the basic delete kit form Diesel ops that comes with the pipes and the Gearbox Z programmer. After install, keep getting a "Low Fuel Pressure Warning." Called Diesel Ops who had me call Gearbox Z. Sam in their tech support said they are aware of the problem and do not have a solution. Told me to take it to Ford to have it programmed. He said that I have one of the trucks with a low pressure sensor on it and their program does not fix that problem. He said only a few trucks have that sensor. I do not believe that is true. My truck is a 2013 bone stock F-250 Platinum. I asked to speak to his boss about it and he said the boss will not talk to me about it. He said they know about the problem. I asked why they do not tell the customer about it prior to buying and he said he did not know why. Basically, STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING GEARBOX Z SALES!!!!

I told him I would be putting this on the Forum and he said "go ahead...maybe it will force it to be fixed." I called back to Diesel Ops and talked to Jeff. He is trying to figure out what has happened and why they are selling a product that has a known problem.

Maybe a different tune would help?

Your truck is a 2013? 2013's did not come with a 6.4.

Tow/Haul mode with DPF-R

Does the Tow Haul feature work as normal with the DPF-R installed and should it be used?

tow haul mode will work fine. Use it, it provides some engine braking and changes the shift points while towing.
