Valve cover wiring is different, use the OBS gaskets and engine harness
Keep the SD HPOP as its an upgrade. In fact, send it to Terminator Engineering and get it turned into a T500 before you install it, then send him your 15° pump back.
If you have the SD IDM, run it. It's a bolt in upgrade for the OBS.

where is terminator engineering located and do they have a web site? and how much woult it cost to turn it into a t500?

I don't think you can use the Super Duty PCM in your truck. Unless you have a manual transmission and the PCM came from a manual truck as well, I know it would take some doing to adapt the SD PCM to work with your E4OD. Super Duty trucks with automatics have the 4R100 and it has some extra sensors in it that the E4OD doesn't have. Just get yourself a custom tuned chip for the split shots.

You need to email Joey, it doesn't cost NEAR that much for a T500.

T-500 should only cost you $449 I believe. It's $449 or $499.

The T500 isn't on his web site. Sending him a pump to modify will probably save you some money on the cost, but I can't say for sure.

Riffraff Diesel: Terminator T500 HPOP

Says they're currently back ordered 7-10 days .

i do have a manual tranny, and i mine as well put a intercooler in at the same time, should i just get one from the junk yard or go with banks or somthing like that? this project sounds pretty easy. another question i have is what i should do for a fuel pump? should i put a cam in that has the the lobe for the lift pump or just leave it alone and go with a eletric fuel pump like fass?

I'd go electric if it were me. I'd skip the FASS though, just get an OEM Super Duty pump and some good filters/bases.

Don't waste your money on a Banks kit, unless you just want the sticker. You can make a very good kit from JY parts if you're handy. It may take a little bit of fabrication, but (obviously) I am always a proponent of doing it yourself. Built not Bought, right?

right i agree 100% i got a DIY intake works just as good as aftermarket and saved $100, i got a buddy that has a 2005 cummins that came stock wit 4 inch exhaust and he bought a new 5 inch. i peaced all his old stock exhaust togeather and weleded it myself and changed the angle of the outlet so it didnt look like a dodge exhaust and put a 5 inch tip on it, "also to make it look like it wasnt a dodge exhaust". probally saved at least $200 there and i did it all myself. im 21 years old and iv grown up around mechanicing all my life. i took my pickup into the shop ONE time for a wiring problem i couldnt figure out. and my neibhor is a certified mechanic and if i ever have any questions i usually go to him.

I know this is an old thread. How did the swap go. I have the same swap that I want or should say need to swap. Did you ever get it swapped? Can you get me a list of what you had to use from each truck? Also my 02 is programmed and my 95 has 6 position chip. Where did you all get chip or program for ecm to use the obs ecm.....
