It is hard to find a Shop with international shipment where you can select parts and calculate the shipping without customer registration

My Favourites are Summit Racing and Rockauto

I've putted in the Moog Springs
- Rockauto shipping charge 127.58$
- Summit Racing shipping charge 167.86$

Summit sounds more on the first view, but with the I-Parcel-option the Tax and Fees are included.
Rockauto shipping usually gets stuck at the customs, where I have to pick it up and pay 19% import tax

The 2 Hellwig Sway Bars have a combined shipping charge of 405.30$ at Summit.
Rockauto don't offer them

Usually parts aren't that high in shipping costs, but the springs and sway bars are heavy and voluminous

I wonder if Amazon would be a good alternate for some things? I've purchased Moog parts from them before--very fair priced for USA shipments.

I could swear I've seen Amazon have sites dedicated to specific countries, much like eBay.

In fact that might be an option for you too Cobra!
