Fuel Additives PM-22-A and PM-23-A

Okay, reading all of the recent posts on Low Fuel Pressure and Fuel gelling with these cold temps got me to thinking - always a bad sign: I am using Motorcraft PM-22-A Cetane Booster as called for, but now I'm wondering is I shouldn't also (or instead) be using PM-23-A Anti-gel/Perf Improver?

I did some searches on the forum trying to locate articles but could not find anything definitive. So any thoughts out there? And just for those of you who are going to say "RTFM" - I will do so when I get home tonight to see if it provides any recommendation om PM-22A v PM-23-A. Besides, I'm a newbie to diesels - expcept tractors and I swear you could put cooking oil in some of the tractors I've been around and they would run - with no worries about HPFP, etc. :-)

Well that is what PM23-A is made for, so your fuel won't gel.and it gets cold enough in your state. I keep some on hand for no telling where I might be someday. I understand about winter blended fuel, but a person really doesn't know what's in it.
