Just tell us what you want to do with your fuel system, and we will tell you how to achieve it.

If you want a badass pump, for the rear anyway, and want to get rid of the tank selector on frame, upgrade the rear tank to a f26, and use this...

Thinking about ordering these for my 97. Any experience in regard to longevity?

I ordered a rear pump from the one quoted in the link above, I'll report back what I find when I get it in.

They have a 255lph for front tank now also.
I would assume it's a decent pump. They give a warranty with it I'm pretty sure don't they?

Honestly don't know yet, I've been waiting forever to receive it...ordered it on the 7th. Didn't pay much attention to their description either lol...they're cheap enough to give it a shot.

I've had the pump in for a month now, holds 50 psi no problem to redline, my factory front tank pump drops off to 40 or less mid range. As long as it lasts a while, it'll be worth it. Ordering front pump now.

They're actually a pretty good price for what they are

I learned something else from building my 97, and it relates to the original topic of the thread.

It seems the old style carb conversion setup with high pressure rail pump is far more capable of supporting more hp than the later single in tank systems in stock trim. I have run of the mill China pumps on my 89 and never a fuel pressure drop. I thought perhaps my 97 pumps were just tired, but even a new stock replacement on the front tank that I had laying around didn't help with the pressure drop I was experiencing with the (probably) original front tank pump.
