2012 f550 v10 start then stalls
I have a 2012 F550 V10, IMT service body. Have owned truck 2 years. Initially started having a erratic idle with no other issues while driving. After several weeks it suddenly stalled while driving and ever since will start right up then stall within a second or two.
Checked DTC's with Forscan. Codes: PCM: P1639:00-28, RCM: U0140:00-08, U3003:16-08, BdyCM: U3003:16-08, B10F1:14-0A, B1313:11-08, U0212:87-08 SCCM: B11D9:16-08 IPC: U3003:16-08 ABS: B1318-20
All codes cleared except PCM would not clear.
At key on throttle body cycles, fuel pump cycles. Checked fuel pressure 50psi. key on, goes to 60 when cranking, once engine stalls returned to 50psi. Checked Fuel Pump Driver Module and found green residue on several pins, cleaned connector and installed new Ford module. No change in condition. Since owned the ignition switch has always been sensitive to bumping in off position.(door chime would momentarily ding and IMT body power relay would cycle on) Installed new ignition switch. Sensitivity solved but stall issue same. Since Fuel filter is part of the pump when ahead and drained tank and dropped it. Found tank remarkably clean inside, installed new Delphi Fuel pump assembly. Installed tank and filed 3/4 full. Same fuel pressure and symptom. Had local tech Scan with Snap ON scanner and only code is PCM code. His research said PCM was corrupted. Order new Ford PCM, installed and programed. Still same problem, but now PCM code gone. Have checked all grounds readily visible. Sprayed throttle body with cleaner. Cleaned MAP sensor.
If anyone has suggestions on what may be going on I welcome any input.
