I have the shop manuals for the 1979 f series medium duties but they dont have anything on brake overhaul.... and its been 2 years since I pulled it all apart...

I have been able to locate all the new pieces... but without an install diagram its like a puzzle...

Would anyone possibly have a front and rear brake overhaul diagram I could access?

Thats why jumping around from project to project is dangerous.

Once you start you've got to finish.

Shouldnt be too hard to put back together. Maybe a couple hours of puzzle time.. Post some pictures of the parts and I can try to help. Ive done lots of goofy hydro brakes in the past.

The 1973/79 Ford HEAVY Truck Parts Catalog is available on a CD from hipoparts.com

Illustration Section 21 has exploded views of all the front & rear brake parts: Shoes, springs, levers, cylinders...the whole enchilada.

Looking over the diagrams I have I'm having some trouble identifying the exact configuration. I scanned the diagrams I have (excluding air-actuated and single cylinder). Hope these help!
