my 89 f350 7.3 wont start i drove it one day parked it thought it might be fuel issue so i put fuel in it since the gauge dont work bleed all line every injector is gettin fuel to it, i was told it might be the glow plugs im not sure the truck has the push buttom for the plugs the wire is good and the conections are all good, this is the first deisel ive had didnt no if glow plugs would go out that fast or not any ideas

you can test them with just a test light to find the completely dead ones.if you find one or two,best to replace them all with a fresh set of Beru plugs (sold as motorcraft.)
I think most people get burnt out on answering the same questions 1000 times, for instance. There is a thread with the EXACT same title not more than 10 threads down...
If it has a push button, and they were held on for too long, yes they can burn out in one glow. I do not like the button idea. If you have lost a GP and dont know it youre over cooking the rest further shortening thier lifespan. The controller takes this into consideration and shortens the glow time.
To fix it on the cheap side, test the GPs with a test light. Hook the clip to + on the battery, disconect the wire on the GP and test at the tip. If it lights its good, if not its bad. If you have more than two burned out, buy a new set of motorcraft/beru and install.
**DO NOT glow for more than 10 seconds combined in any 2 minute period of time.
