1998 F150 lighting question

I have a 1998 F150 that I have upgraded to HID lighting. With the way the kit worked I now only use one headlight plugin with a relay pack that draws power direct from the battery for the headlights when there is power at the stock plug. I now have a set of HID fog/driving lights I want to install using the other, now empty, headlight plug. I was wondering if it would cause any issues to draw power directly out of the plug to power 2 HID lights (approx. 70W total draw) or should a go out and get myself a relay to do it. I only ask because with the way I want these lights to function it will get much more complex to wire them with a separate power source, and I know of aftermarket bulbs (PIAA) that draw up to 100W per bulb. Any input will be appreciated, Thanks!

I don't think you would have any issues...... is there an in-line fuse?
