Already bought it and can't get it to link to my 05 excursion, any input? How can I get some tech support? Tried e mail to no avail.

Hasn't been serviced since I owned it or the ecu flashed since I owned it but possibly before.

The truck was used the tuner was brand new.

Sounds like you may have deleted a file during install, it may be possible to fix with just a patch. I have contacted my rep at BD for you. Sit tight.

Alright look forward to hearing something I have now tried the standard updater and a zip file e mailed to me by another guy on here to no avail

Still no word from these guys guess I am supposed to eat the 400 something dollars I spent on this. Not gonna happen I am about one phone call from reporting to the bbb.
