I made it to the F-100 Supernationals for the first time. Enjoyed myself and it sure was nice to see so many good trucks. Due to time constraints, could not stay as long as I wanted. Left Pensacola at 12:45 PM on Friday with Ol' Blue and was back home at 8:35 PM Sat. Did the trip in 9 house each way and averaged right at 15 miles per gal. Pretty happy with the performance. Got some pictures of other Panels but not sure how to upload them.
she had a set back of having a Baker's Cyst that bursted. That set her back... One thing that she got was a cold water therapy machine that really helped her recovery.
Oh man, i can truly sympathize with her on that one. Had the same thing happen to me a few months back. NOT a fun ordeal.
I'm still planning to be there, but I will have to see what the Dr says tomorrow about my knee.
So how did your DR. visit turn out Joe? Are you still on for the GSM show? We plan to be there on wed. Hope to see you and everyone else there.

It looks like I won't be making it this year. They are still not sure on the knee, looks like more test. We planned a memorial Day camping trip to the Hippie Jack's Americana Music Festival, so I hauled the camper up there Thursday morning and then headed back for the DR's. I was really in a lot of pain and he drained a bunch of fluid off the knee and shot it with cortisone, said the pain would go away completely in a couple of hours. By Friday afternoon I could not stand on the leg.
Even though I know he is gone for two weeks, I will be at his office door when they open in the morning.
Spent the day doing my spring (ok late spring) tune-up/oil change/lube and wash on the truck. Now I just need to find the time to put on a coat of wax and we will be ready for the trip to the GSM F-100 Run.
