Sounds and looks nice, but you have to remember that most of those

people pay as much for those places as you and I pay for our homes.

All I need is to win the lottery. Then I can franchise that as my retirement "job." I would envision wider streets between the buildings to make it more friendly to trucks.
Being in Florida I think it would be a huge hit. Everyone here buys a house with a garage and parks the cars in the driveway because the garage is full of "stuff." This way you can have a place for the hobby vehicles and if you want, you can store your "stuff" there too so the daily driver has a place to park at home.
